Welcome to Mama Smith’s Cooking Challenge!
One has to cook a meal with a list of foods the other provides. Cannot add or take away anything from the list. Spices are up for grabs (anything goes). Cannot follow a recipe - has to wing it!
Challenge For Watchers - Using the same ingredients, make something different than what was made in this episode! Post the your meal here with your description and whoever we think was most creative and looks the most appetizing we’ll mention and show in our next episode!

Episode 4 –  Sierra (Mama Smith) came up with the ingredients while Brandon (The husband) cooks the meal. Ingredients: Chicken Breasts, Peas, Teriyaki Sauce, Garlic, Lettuce, Cheddar Cheese, Avocado, Cilantro, Lemon, Diced Tomatoes, Quinoa Blend (Rice).
