This dish was scrumptious! The store didn't have chicken breasts so I used ground chicken and it worked great! And of course, I used rice pilaf to put it all on! I personally would have added more lemon, but it was delicious! My whole family loved it! I didn't chill it as instructed, and it still turned out good.
