Pasta! Pasta! Who wants some special pasta!? I DO! This looked like an extra special unique type of pasta so I thought I'd give it a go!

This time I actually did all the prep work before anything else which helped a lot. Instead of stressing to get it all done while other food was cooking I was able to just add the ingredients and cook.

It was a pretty fast process. Took the time it took to cook the pasta. It's funny because I added all the ingredients except the diced tomatoes. I was looking at it and thinking, "well that's not gonna cover much of the noodles at all!" Ding ding!! Hello!? Don't forget the canned diced tomatoes! That made all the difference!

Wanting it to last a while I doubled the recipe. Why is it when you put in raw noodles into the pan it looks like barely enough, then when its cooked it looks like way too much? Magical noodles...haha!

Time for the taste!

Not bad! Personally the capers were a large part of the flavor! My husband really enjoyed it too! It's a maybe do again recipe. Not an all time favorite but not bad.
